By using Carolina Care Mobility's services, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of our non-emergency medical transportation services.
Carolina Care Mobility provides non-emergency medical transportation services including ambulatory, wheelchair, and stretcher transport. Services are available 24/7 throughout North Carolina.
Transportation should be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance when possible. Cancellations must be made at least 2 hours before scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.
We accept Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance, and private pay. Payment or insurance verification is required before service. Co-payments are due at time of service.
Carolina Care Mobility maintains comprehensive insurance coverage. We are not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
